How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order through Paypal or Google Checkout. Making a payment through Paypal is simple and you don’t need and account.
 
How soon will my order be dispatched?

Delivery is usually within 1-3 working days. Should there be a problem or delay we will contact you to let you know.
 
Can I place an order over the phone?

Unfortunately, we unable to process telephone orders at the moment. We hope to change this is in the near future.
 
Do you deliver outside of the UK?

Yes, we do ship outside the UK but please email us as sales@rubyroost.com for a delivery quote.
 
Can I return my order?

We hope that you are happy with your order but we understand that there are occasions for one reason or another when you may want to return items. In this instance please email us within 7 days of receipt of your order. We will then confirm the return and advise you of all the necessary details.
 
Unless the item is damaged or faulty, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to Ruby Roost. If the item is damaged or faulty we will refund your postage costs.
