We accept credit and debit card payments via PayPal Express, the safer, easier way to pay without revealing your card number. All transactions are processed via Paypal's secure server and you do not need a Paypal account to complete the payment process. We receive payment from PayPal without ever seeing your financial information. PRICE AND ORDERING The Price of our products shall be that stipulated on the website. The price is inclusive of VAT and excludes postage and packaging. The total purchase price, including delivery charges will be displayed in your shopping cart prior to confirming the order. After the order is received we will confirm your purchase by email including the details, description and price of your purchase. Please ensure you enter your email address where requested. Payment of the price plus delivery charges must be made in full before dispatch of the goods. DELIVERY Unless otherwise stated, your order will be despatched within 5 days of purchase. We will contact you via email if your purchase will be delayed. Express delivery is available on request. Ruby Roost wants to keep your delivery costs to a minimum. To help with this, delivery costs are itemised per item depending on weight. We deliver internationally and for currencies excluding the British Pound, Euro and the American Dollar please email us for price and postage information. CANCELLATION You may cancel your order for any reason up to the point of dispatch and any payment made by you shall be refunded in full within 7 days. RETURNS AND REFUNDS In the unlikely event your purchase arrives damaged please email us at sales@rubyroost.com or write to us within 5 days of receipt at Ruby Roost, 5 Loreburn Road, Liverpool, UK. L15 9HD. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, we will be happy to exchange your items or provide a full refund. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of the order. We can only issue a refund if the items are returned unused, undamaged in their original packaging.
