Ruby Roost is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers by providing a secure and safe shopping experience. Maintaining the security of your personal information is extremely important to us.


The Price of our products shall be that stipulated on the website. The price excludes postage and packaging.

The total purchase price, including delivery charges will be displayed in your shopping cart prior to confirming the order.

After the order is received we will confirm your purchase by email including the details, description and price of your purchase. Please ensure you enter your email address where requested.

Payment of the price plus delivery charges must be made in full before dispatch of the goods.


We are quick to process and ship your order. If you have selected Standard UK delivery, European or International delivery, your order will be dispatched within 2-3 days. If you have selected UK special delivery, your order will be dispatched the next working day. We will contact you via email if your purchase will be delayed. 

European and International delivery charges are calculated at checkout. On occasions orders may incur additional delivery charges due to weight and size. On these occasions we will contact the customer directly regarding this. 


You may cancel your order for any reason up to the point of dispatch and any payment made by you shall be refunded in full within 48 hours.


In the unlikely event your purchase arrives damaged please email us at rubyroost@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, we will be happy to exchange your items or provide a full refund. You must contact us within 60 days of receipt of the order. We can only issue a refund if the items are returned unused, undamaged in their original packaging. Unfortunately we cannot pay for postage costs and cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
